Health Plans

Medical, dental and vision plans provide coverage for both preventative and non-routine care. All medical coverage options include access to 24/7 telemedicine providers, registered nurses, condition management programs and wellness resources through the selected insurance carrier.

Income Protection

Various programs are available to protect your income in the event of a serious illness, injury or death. You can access disability coverage, life insurance for you and your family, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and voluntary critical illness and accident insurance.

Wellness Plans

When it comes to your wellbeing, we offer resources to support every aspect of your health including emotional health, physical health, social health, professional health, and financial health. Our EAP program provides three no-cost counseling sessions per issue, per year (in person or virtual) and one complimentary attorney consultation and one mediation session per issue, per year.

Retirement Savings

There are many ways for you to save for your future.  Our 401(k) plan offers you the ability to save for retirement now so that you can have the income you'll need after you stop working. For eligible employees, we will match up to 4% of your savings to help you build financial security.

It is important to us that you feel supported through life's challenges.  We offer a variety of flexible work arrangements such as 9/80 work schedule, four weeks paid time off, and a generous holiday schedule that includes an additional week off at year-end.

We're commited to supporting your lifelong learning.  Through our education assistance program, you may be eligible for tuition, textbooks, and selected academic fees for approved courses or degree programs that help advance your education.
